- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Manage billing in the Customer Portal — cancel at period end keeps access until the period ends.
- Do you read my vault?
- No. Vault items are end-to-end encrypted. Super Admin cannot decrypt personal vault plaintext.
- Is the source open?
- Yes — AGPL-3.0. Self-host freely; Cloud freemium is separate.
